Blueberry Pie Filling

  • 7 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


  1. Add the blueberries,sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan.

  2. Toss until combined.

  3. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stir occasionally.

  4. Allow berries to simmer and thicken 3-4 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature.
